Dee-1 Releases ‘O.D. On Life’ feat. Stalley

After receiving an amazing response to Free Lunch And Sallie Mae, Dee-1 enlisted the aid of Maybach Music Group’s Stalley to remix the critically-acclaimed, “O.D. On Life”.

Dee-1 and Stalley first crossed paths while on Lupe Fiasco’s Tetuso & Youth Preview Tour, so it was only a matter of time before the rappers capitalized on their friendship and came together on a song.

“O.D. On Life”, was prod by Jaymison Beverly, and mixed by Mixed By Stiv. Listen, below.

Hello brother i respect the talent and the gift that God has given you and i encourage you to continue to you it in the way that the Holy Spirit inspires you i want you to realize that singing as a christian is more than just entertaining it is all about Ministering to people i really appreciate your effort i have been listening to christian raps and hiphop for a while what i notice is that the content of the word of God in those music is kind of low please i will like you to watch your music and the content of the word of God/spiritual things there, i also observe something that there are some upcoming rap artist who just change the lyrics of some popular secular song sorry that i am citing this example Trachead family drop a mixtape called last train to heaven and another worldy musician drop an album called last train to Paris now if i want to listen to christian rap so as to get the worldly one and someone is imitating the lyrics format and song that person is only trying to drive me back to the worldly one the original brother, the Bible says that there is a spirit in man and the inspiration of the almighty gives life, please i want you to spend quality time with God while writing your lyrics most of the lyrics should be gotten through prayers which you should be committed to prayer will allow God to sharpen your talents in a way that best suits Him and it will bring inspiration on the words of your song that will cause life to be blessed, pray over the words before you sing it and please extend this message to other christian rappers that you come in contact with we should be different and never conform to this world Romans 12;1-2 please i do not mean to criticize you or anybody i have done this in love if anything offends you i am sorry. but i will appreciate it if my words are duly noted and acted upon that we bless us. thanks you brother in Christ Hezekiah
